Effective March 1st, 2012, Cox changed the channel lineup for public, educational, and local government access channels.

Channel 21 is now Channel 71. You will be able to access it with a digital TV receiver or a TV with a Clear-QAM Digital Tuner.

If you do not have one of these, Cox will provide you with a FREE Cable Box that you can use with your existing TV set. Please call Cox at 1-805-681-6631 to get your free Cable Box.

The new access channel lineup is

Ch 17: South Coast Regional Public Access

Ch 18: City of Santa Barbara Government Access

Ch 19: City of Goleta Government Access

Ch 20: Santa Barbara County Government

Ch 21: City of Carpinteria Government Access

Ch 71: South Coast Regional Art, Community, Culture, and K-12 Educational Access

Ch. 72: UCSB Educational Access Cox
