Channel 17: Community Access TV

Channel 17 airs programs made by community members at our facility and brought to us by local individuals and organizations. We don’t censor or pre-screen programs. Content is the responsibility of the person producing each show. Channel 17 is a true public forum. The First Amendment thrives here! Our staff will work with you to get your ideas organized and developed. We want you to succeed in producing a show to air on Santa Barbara's Channel 17 that represent all the interesting expressions of diversity and cultural resources in our community.

To get involved, you simply have to be a resident of the South Coast (Carpinteria through Gaviota) and become a member of The Santa Barbara Channels.
