Basic Certification

We have a wide range of classes available to help make the most out of your program. All Members, regardless of experience, are required to take any class associated with the equipment or facilities which a Member needs to use to complete a program.

In order to become certified as a Producer and use our facilities and equipment to air your own shows, a member must complete the Producer's Course. Our classes encompass production details such as scripting, chroma keying, camera operation and all aspects of production. Any experience a member brings is helpful and enhances the quality of programming.

We can provide classes in Spanish with prior notice.

Please wear close-toed shoes to any or all of our classes for safety. We often provide printed material, but bring paper and pen if you want to take notes.

Producer's Course runs four weeks (four classes). Classes take place at our S. Salinas St. location in Studio B. Classes are Saturdays from 10am to Noon, unless otherwise noted.

For  questions, pricing inquiries and group rates, please e-mail christopher@tvsb.tv

If approved and staffing is available, we would train the group in the time slot that they have for production. This ia in lieu of different individuals taking different classes only; all of the group would recieve training.
